| We offer workshop based data recovery for accidentally deleted or corrupted files and documents from PC & laptop computer hard drives, memory cards, usb flash drives as long as the hard drive or storage media remains intact. We use non-destructive methods of recovery only, the upside to this is substantially lower cost compared with specialist data recovery services and the preservation of remaining data integrity, the downside being that not all damaged disks can be recovered using these techniques.
If we can't recover your data in our workshop using these methods, we will provide a quote from one of our specialist data recovery partners.

Backing up your important files and documents will protect you against the problems associated with data loss in the event of your hard drive failing.
We offer both onsite and workshop based backup services covering all levels from simple automated document backups to complete system disk cloning.

| Our standard backup service includes a fully customized automatic backup routine for any files / folders on your system. Once setup this will only require a very small amount of user interaction.

| Data Transfer |

Purchasing a new PC or laptop computer to replace your old model should be an exciting time. But once you realise you want access to all your old files and documents on your new PC it can be hard working out where to start. Not only can this take hours to complete, you may be stuck if you have a huge library of music (mp3) or other digital content downloaded on the old machine.
We offer a file and folder migration service (data transfer) in which we will swiftly and securely transfer all your files and folders from your old PC to the new. This service is usualy performed in our workshop but is also available onsite.

£25 for the first 5GB plus £1/GB thereafter. Standard system files and overheads do not count towards your total.
