That's not a problem. We offer a complete PC and laptop system appraisal to find out the root cause of any problems you may be experiencing. Once we know exactly what's wrong we can begin to help you get your PC or laptop back up and running.
The initial appraisal is completely FREE if you choose to continue using our services, or, if we are unable to find the root cause of the problem. In all other cercomstances this service will only cost you £20.

- For PC's we will only require the tower or base unit, leave the keyboard, mouse etc at home.
- Include any software and drivers you would like installed.
- Provide us with a list of any files and folders you would like backed up, transfered, or recovered.
- We will offer recommendations regarding additional services required.
- You will receive FREE installation of all upgrades and software ordered at the same time.
- We will answer any questions you have.
